BSS have had a Technical Support team for over 40 years, which is quite unique for a distributor.

The team is made up of heating and hot water mechanical service engineers who are experienced in the industry, having been contractors in their careers. These are further supported by Application Engineers, who can provide product solving skills to answer your mechanical problems on a wide and varied range of products.
