BSS ANNOUNCES NEW CATEGORY DIRECTOR FOR PIPING SYSTEMS

BSS Industrial has announced Chris Ricketts as its new Category Director for Piping Systems. With 14 years experience from within the business, Chris’ move comes after a number of recent senior promotions across the company’s commercial function.

During his 14 years with BSS Industrial, Chris has worked in a number of roles including Technical Support Engineer and most recently Product Group Manager. In his new role, Chris will drive forward innovation and new product development for the piping systems division whilst actively supporting the regional managers with their commercial and supplier development strategies.

The appointment comes following a senior management restructure within the Travis Perkins Group, during which Sue Greatorex was promoted to Divisional Buying Director for the Travis Perkins Plumbing and Heating Division and Andy Raine was promoted to Commercial Director for BSS Industrial.

Chris comments: "My new role brings greater responsibility and I am looking forward to using my well established skill set and dedication to the company to shape the future success of BSS Industrial."
