DAY 3 - 7AM CARLISLE TO WIGAN

Full english, snack bars and banana's will keep our team going all the way to Wigan today.
The guys head out from Carlisle this morning at 7am to start the 116 mile cycle to Wigan.
Today is tough as they will pass through the local lake disctrict market village, Shap (1398ft)
The weather was looking as bright as their hi-vis vests but as you can see from the pic above the rain has started to come down leading our cyclist for another snack bar banana break.
Spirits are still high for a friday, no injuries to report on as they continue on their cycle to Wigan.
