Choice and service boosted at BSS Industrial

Major improvements are afoot for two of BSS Industrial’s specialist brands – BSS Drainage and Havelock Controls.

Thanks to the capabilities of BSS Industrial's National Distribution Centre at Magna Park in Leicestershire, the stock profile and delivery service for these two industry leading brands is now second to none.

An extensive range of Polypipe Terrain's Solvent Weld and Push Fit above ground drainage products have been added to the already comprehensive stock profile of BSS Drainage. In addition, Havelock Controls has increased the range of products it offers from leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Sontay and Johnson Controls. By holding stock at Magna Park, as well as keeping it within branches, products from both brands are now available to contractors on much shorter lead times - a 24 hour turnaround.

Havelock supplies controls, metering and spares products within the BSS Industrial network of branches, supporting its offering with a local presence and local delivery service. BSS Drainage was launched in November 2008 to offer an extensive range of products and a specialist service, under one roof. BSS Drainage products are now available from Chessington, Reading, Smethwick, Manchester, Bristol and Canning Town with a further 12 outlets planned by the end of the year.
